BELLEVUE, WA – June 1, 2021

Swift HR Solutions, a consulting company providing human resources support, leadership development and talent recruiting services, acquires Colorado-based Summit HR Solutions. Following many successful collaborations over the years, and multi-tiered business alignment, the Summit HR Solutions acquisition and staff transition is expected to go smoothly. 

Both companies share similar business models with a focus on stage-appropriate, best-in-class solutions for early-stage to mid-sized companies allowing them to successfully scale. The acquisition increases Swift HR Solutions’ capacity to service Clients, broaden geographic reach, expand the team of talented and experienced HR consultants and offer additional HR products and services to the Denver market.
